• Advertising or tracking-related identifiers, when identifiable
• CRM entries, automation logs, and internal records tied to your identity

If deletion cannot be completed due to legal or regulatory obligations, we will inform you.

If you interacted with Refinity through platforms we do not control (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn), you must submit deletion requests directly to those platforms as well.
Refinity can only delete data stored in our own systems.
